How to Start a Return Request

Before starting please review our Refund Policy.

1. Click the profile icon at the top right of the main menu.
2. Log in to your account:

• In the Email field, enter your email address, and click Continue.
• In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the 6-digit verification code included in the email.
• Go back to the online store and enter the 6-digit code.

1. Select the order that you want to submit the return for.
2. If your oder has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
4. Click Request return.

We will process your request within 3 business days.  If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After we have received and inspected the item we will process your refund.
